Typhoons Bolaven and Dembin are like movies.

Bolaven is gone and Dembin is about to be gone.

These typhoons are somewhat like movies.

We feel some great movies don't live up to their fames when we actually see them after hearing a lot of great news about them.

Likewise, after we had heard so much about Bolaven, what actually happened?

However surprising some things are, I think, they are no longer surprising once we get familiar with them beforehand.
