Came to the office at 9:30.
It has rained since last evening.
I had a big headache for two days during the weekend.
It was really terrible.
I've never had such a headache.
Now I feel OK.
Thank God it's Monday!

It's still raining.
I had lunch with team members near the office.
My meal was chicken Vietnam noodle.

Tuesday, November 26, 2013 rainy

It rained a little in the afternoon.
They said it will snow today or tomorrow.
They also said the temperature will drop sharply today or tomorrow.

These days I sleep for 7 hours on the average.
I used to sleep 5 or 6 hours for more than 20 years.
I'm afraid this might have been connected to my high blood pressure.
For about 2 years I have also tried not to eat gravy or salty liquid from the meals.
Salty liquid in the meal is feared to have been connected to my high blood pressure, too.
I really enjoyed drinking salty liquid from the meals before, but not now.
This way or that, I've been trying hard to lower my blood pressure.

I came back home from work around 10:40 PM.
My son was at home after being discharged from his 21-month-long military service.
My family saw a Korean movie "감기(=the flu) on b-TV."
It cost us 4,000 won.
Actually my wife and I had seen the movie in the nearby cinema before.
But we saw it again for our son and daughter.
It was still full of suspense.
I went to bed around 1:30 AM.
Oh one thing to note:
I bought a can of beer to celebrate my son's discharge from the military service.
But my wife snatched the beer away from me and poured it out to the sink.
I was a little upset but not angry with her because I am also trying very hard to quit drinking.

I used to drink a can of beer or a bottle of Korean Wine "Magolli" every day for almost 15 years.

But recently I've been trying hard to quit drinking because it gave me an occasional but terrible headache.

This morning I had breakfast with my wife and daughter.

My wife's niece got up after we finished our meals.

Today it was not as cold as yesterday.

Yesterday I read some comic books when I was back home.

I really enjoy reading comic books.

On weekends I usually read a lot of them from the Internet.

In the office it's not cold as the heater is always on.

There are so many English learning materials on the Internet.

How time flies!

How I wish I just had enough time to learn all of them!

As for the presidential race, I am very very disappointed with Ahn's withrawal.

At first I was so very excited about his decision to run for the presidency.

Actually all the nation was excited about that.

But now he's dropped out of the race and only the two old guards are running.

I'm not sure whether I will ever vote.

I am sure Ahn would surely have won the race if he had become the sole opposition candidate.

I just hope he will run again five years from now.

I had breakfast with my wife this morning.

Usually I eat a lot for breakfast.

My daughter left home for school early.

She has classes only on Tuesday and Friday.

She will gradute from the university next February.

My niece is still staying with us.

She usually gets up very late. 

At work I exercised twice today as usual.

I am wearing naebok today, so I don't feel cold today.

Yesterday I was very cold outside on my way to and from work.

I drink two bowls of Korean wine called Maggeolli every day.

I feel this is good for my health.

Thank you Father I achieved my goal 100% today as before.

I owe everything to you Father.

Today it was very cold, perhaps the coldest day this year.

I put on a lot of clothes, but I forgot to wear naebok, Korean underwear.

Had lunch at the cafeteria with some colleagues.

Went to the Doori ENT(=Ear, Nose, Throat) clinic near Isu Subway Station in the afternoon to check my nasal problem. Everything was OK.

My cold is almost gone too.

A few days ago my niece from Daegu came to stay with us for a few days.

She is one of the daughters of my wife's sister.

Today as usual, I took about 30 minutes to exercise at work.

I do skipping and stretching two or three times a day at work.

Additionally I usually do at least 30 minutes of exercise at home too.

Yesterday I went to church with my wife.

We always go to church together on Sundays.

My wife does a lot of voluntary work at church even on weekdays.

Thanks God.

It was a great day.

I achieved my goal 100% today as always.

It's the great weekend again.

My wife and daughter are away in Daejeon for the missionary conference.

I've vacuumed and cleaned around at home and washed all the dishes.

I've been watching CNN all the morning.

I'm happy that my wife and daughter will be back home today.

I fasted this morning. This is my regular fast, once every month.

I do that for the North Korean people.

Every month I send W10,000, the money I saved through my fast, to them through a charity organization.

I also send W30,000 to a child in Guatemala through the charity organization of Good Neighbors.

All the goals of my life have already been achieved.

I don't have any other goal except helping others in the Universe.

Thank God it's Saturday.

I love myself and my life.

I love my family and my colleagues.

Wife and daughter are in Daejeon for the missionary conference.

I've been very busy at work these days.

My 52 years in this world have been so exiciting.

I've had so many experiences and momories thereof.

The world is so beautiful around me.

The sky is so beautiful and all the sounds of nature fascinate me.

I bought some English books at the bookstore near my home on Sunday.

English books always make me happy.

All the animals on the National Geographics are great friends of mine.

They are so lovely.

Thank God for creating me here in this world.

What a hectic day it was today! I've been up to my ears in work. I'm leaving now and will have a can of beer at home. Usually I go home after 9 p.m. Today I'm leaving early. This morning at home, as usual, I prayed to God for 30 minutes, exercised for 1 hour, took a shower, and had a big breakfast. I also exercised for about 30 minutes at work during the daytime. Thank God for this wonderful day.
