Had a great day yesterday. Exercised for about 1 hour at work including 600 skippings. Left the office at 10:15 and came home around 10:40. All the family were home. I said to each of them, "I love you."
This morning I voted in the Seoul Mayoral by-election. Prayed and exercised for 1 hour as usual. Had breakfast with wife and daughter. Son went to school early today. He has a class at 9:00. Arrived at the office at 9:20 AM.
