Yesterday, I cast a vote in the Seoul Mayoral election early in the morning.
Prayed and exercised for one hour as usual. Arrived at work at 9:20 a.m.
I worked out for about 50 minutes during the day. 600 skippings, too.
Left the office at 10:40 and got home around 11:10. All the family were home.
We watched Zzag(=couple) on SBS together. Went to bed at 1:30 a.m.
This morning I got up late at 7:30 and prayed and exercised for 30 minutes.
Had breakfast with wife and daughter. Came to work at 9:15.
